Club Brugge to sign Ferran Jutglà

FC Barcelona and the Belgian Club Brugge have agreed on a 5 million euro transfer for the Barça B forward Ferran Jutglà. The Club has included a 10% sell-on clause for any future sale by the Belgian club.

The Club is very grateful to Ferran Jutglà for his commitment and dedication, and wish him all the best and many successes in the future.

Ferran Jutglà: 41 games and 21 goals in Barça colours

Ferran Jutglà joined FC Barcelona in summer 2021 from the Espanyol youth set-up, after spending time at teams such as l’Unificación Bellvitge and Sant Andreu. He played 41 times in Barça colours – 32 for Barça B and nine for the first team. He also played in a Maradona Cup friendly match in Saudi Arabia.

He scored 21 goals for Barça teams, including two goals in competitive games for the first team (against Elche in LaLiga and Linares in the Copa del Rey), also scoring a goal in a friendly match. He played a total of 464 minutes for the first team across all competitive matches.

He completed this Primera RFEF Footers season as top scorer with his 19 goals for Barça B (including one penalty).

Club Brugge also qualified for the UEFA Champions League

Club Brugge won the Belgian league title in May for the third season in a row, and the 18th time over all, and will play in next season’s Champions League.

Brugges finished runner-up to Union Saint-Gilloise in the regular-season but took the Belgian title with a successful playoff run.
