Murat Yildirim achieved a first in Turkish football by purchasing Corum Football Club, becoming both the club's new president and team captain.
The transfer process for Corum Football Club was completed today with the signing of documents. Team captain Murat Yildirim, who was the only person to submit an official offer for the club's sale, came from the Netherlands to Turkey, and after today's final meetings, the parties agreed to sign. Club Manager Özgür Yildirim and club accountant Haşan Eker signed on behalf of Corum FK, while Murat Yildirim signed as the club's new owner.
